Bureaucracy can be defined as a term in which an organisation is totally depending on the specialisation of labour. This type of organisations maintain a specific an authority of Hierarchy and also have a formal rule of structures and procedures inside an organisation with specific promotions as well as selection criteria. Most prominent example of this type of organisation would be the government agencies in which the specific organisational structure is applied and maintained

For an example we can compare United States Postal service and UPS or or Federal Express. Both of the organisations do the same job but have different structures as well as User experience. One can easily experience differences between The structures of these organisation by visiting their offices. Heretical structures are totally different in both of the organisations and also provides a different customer experience . Ups and fedEx are highly competitive in the market while the United States Postal service does not really care about the competition and remains silent and keeps on working with the hierarchical structure it is following. Ups and FedEx have to fight for that position in the market and to provide different marketing strategies to stay in the market competitiveness. UPS has been playing Monopoly in the section of the first class mail which is made it one of the most advanced service provided in United States of America.

Bureaucracy can be very helpful for democracy it have different structure for different kind of jobs. Specialisation in structure definitely a support to the overall structure of the democracy. Number of different organisations act as a separate body and provide a rigid support to the overall organisations in private manner. The structure does not conflict with the governing facilities in it creates harmony business between the democratic organisations as well as the private organisations acting inside the democracy.
