Solution
we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit.
The above lines are very famous statements made by the great philosopher Aristotle
In his opinion, the things which are being done by an individual on regular basis define the real metal and real personality of an individual. If a person performs a certain action, again and again, it creates a personality and that particular feature or operation becomes the identifiable trait of him. We can take the example of an employee who always performs he work with higher quality standards so over a period of time maintaining the higher standards of quality while performing any operation will be his trait and everyone will expect the same standards from him again and again.
The second line expresses that if the things are being done on repeatedly basis, then the person can achieve excellence and expertise of performing those actions and as things are done again and again with the same standards, then higher quality standards and excellence will be the habit rather than the exceptional evens. In the same example, the employee who performs the operations with high quality standards will have a habit of performing the things with higher standards and if those standards are not met then he will not be satisfied.
