Progressivism, the philosophy that was originated after the incident of a fire broke out at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in New York City, brought many permanent changes in the Americal society. According to progressivism, any government employee or the people working on behalf of them can address the problems of inequalities, social problems and any other problems that concern human health and safety. The progressivism succeeded in the eradication of inequality, child labour, corruption and temperance. It also improved the urbanization and quality of education.
