Can you think of examples from your own experience at work
Can you think of examples from your own experience — at work or in the classroom — where the manner in which your performance was being measured worked against the goals you were try ing to achieve?
Solution
Both are important in own area, in classroom or at work. Both are measured for better result. Whatever you are doing in classroom is the future result shown in work place.
Before going to work place you have to go classroom to learn behaviour, style of doing home work, style of giving presentation. If your performance is good in your classroom than definitely you will get better job (work) and you will achieve your goal set by management.
From my experience classroom goal is achieving by getting better result and its performance is measured in term of grade. In the life stage I am trying to get better result first, by improving my skill and trying to get better job (work). After getting my good grade in the classroom I am trying to do well in my work.
In my view both are important, one are important for getting good job and another are for getting good income in work place. Without first you can’t get better work. So you have to improve your classroom performance for getting better result in future.
