Ohio State Studies basically concludes regarding the leadership styles as high performance leaders are able to extract the high performance from the subordinates with the high degree of satisfaction but that is not true in all situations.
The Michigan studies concluded that the employee centric leaders are much more likely to achieve the high performance from the group with the high level of satisfaction.
The managerial grid concludes that the high performance was achieved by those leaders only who were equally concerned about the performance of the employees as well as the high concern for the people. This is also called 9,9 style.
