Ans;- Change border laws in Europe and the US. In the Us, pass a law that says if you are seen entering illegally from the South of the United States, border patrol agents have the right to shoot you. That\'s right, if they see you running past the border you can get shot as if you were not running there, he would be shooting at air.

In Europe make projections of how many foreigners you want in the West of Europe, that is ITaly, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Austria, England, the nordic countries. 1% of the natural population would be ideal, that is 1% of every country can be foriegner, limit the same number of asian students in the EU the same way you did in US. Kick everyone who is a foreigner out to those population projections, that would mean all blacks even interracial children be kicked out to whatever country they came from or Tunisia for processing. Arabs who have been living there for more than 35 years, even if they were born there, would all be kicked out regardless, they make their valuables with them but would have 1 week to take everything by air or else they get kicked out, this includes Indian, all Asians same thing, everything gets taken with them or lost, asian people with degrees will also be kicked out. England\'s population is 53 million, reduce the number of Immigrants (non English) to 10,000 maximum. that is a huge number. and make sure if their numbers ever exceed 10,000 they get deported. Only rich Arab, Black and Asian people will be allowed to stay, we\'re talking about oil rich, royalty, etc. Make the fence 5 yards back from the actual border between mexico and the US, that way you can legally shoot them on your own turf if they are within 15 feet of the fence. Also, to get rid of people already living in the US, pass a law saying you have to have proof in your home or on you that you are in the US legally (Visas, Naturalization, Birth certificates), if not you are immediately brought to a holding center and would have 1 week to prove you are here legally (its easy you just need the piece of paper that you are) if not you get brought back to your country of origin (if you don\'t say you will be dumped in the desert in Mexico (well force Mexico to allow us to do this).

In Hospitals: To be treated you must have ID, bank statement, previous history to be treated for a non-essential ailment. If you are being treated for a serious medical ailment and have no name or anything, they take your blood, fingerprints and add it to a national registry, if you go back again without ID you\'ll be brought to a detention center until your identity is proven.
Too many people abuse the hospital system in this country, it is not free.

Schools: You have to have proof of address, tax papers, ID\'s and the child enrolled must be a legal citizen if he is entering Kindergarten Public Schools. Address checks need to be done to make sure 10 kids aren\'t living in the same house.

Limit asian undergraduate and graduate population in the US to 5% of the White undergraduate population throughout all colleges. Schools that don\'t comply will have all Federal funding disbanded.

No black or hispanic teachers teaching white children, no redistricting of schools to allow more blacks to go in schools that were once normal (Detroit). More expulsions from schools for violence or drugs. More private prisons for Violence and repeated drug offenders.
Limit asian professors to 5% of the white professors. Ban all chinese state owned companies from Energy related projects in the US, forbid more than 5 multi billion dollar chinese buyouts of American countries.
