Wheel at t=0 has equlibrium postion

Means it has at half of position

But after t=0 the height of wheel decreases and at

t=0 postion is 15 meters so

After it decreses means goes to the zero height means at boarding platform so

1)the postion is 3PM and direction is clockwise

2)period = time taken in 1revolution

Here it take 15min to take same postion of graph from t=0 to t=15 minute

3) Diameter of wheel is 30

Because boarsing platform at zero postion mean height is zero and maximum height is 30 meter so diameter of wheel is 30meter
