Solution

1. f(x)=2x3-12x2+26x-2

f\'(x)= 6x2-24x +26

f\"(x)= 12x -24

Inflection point, f\"(x)=0

12x-24=0

x=2

f(2)=2(2)3-12(2)2+26(2)-2=22

Inflection point (2,22)

2. f(x)=2x5+7x12/5+16

f\'(x) = 2*5x5-1+ 7(12/5)x12/5 -1+0 = 10x4+(84/5)x7/5

f\"(x)= 10*4x4-1+(84/5)(7/5)x7/5-1= 40x3+ (588/25)x2/5
