Solution

1)computer runs several services, those might be required in some programs to execute most of the time they remain idle, the services that is idle at any time is nonessential service.
Nonesssential services also require memory space to run in background that makes the system lower, since the main memory of the system is limited, other programs cannot be excuted at the same time, because memory is already allocated to nonessential services

2)Use the Services console and set the startup type to Disabled.

3)In the Services Console right click the service / click properties / in the Update Service Properties window and at the Startup Type selection window, click the down arrow then select Disabled / then click OK

4)Go to MSconfig click Start enter mscofing.exe go to Services tab and disable all nonessential Windows services. Or go to Services.msc to change startup type
