The participation in the course has helped me to correlation the concepts and principles to the activities taking place in the market. It has started building a thought process that will help me in taking the informed decisions. At present, my learning is about the organizational behavior and industrial psychology to understand the people their contribution in cultural development of the organization and the factors affecting their motivation level. It has helped me to design the reward program and leadership that will be most suitable as per the organizational needs.
Further, moving ahead with the course, I would like to make following goals:
1.   Making an effective organizational development plan and making the organization ready for the volatile business environment
2.   Design and implementation of the training and development programs that could prepare the human resource today and for the future for the organization
3.   Effective performance management in the organization
4.   Effective communication with the employees, colleagues and senior management
