project is combination of many activities and which carries for a longer periods, some times it may prolongs to years together. there will be different kinds of risk aspects in project management, some times even we can not pressume or imagine them. we need to operate our activities in uncertinity conditions.
a risk factor is a situation that may give rise to one or more project risks. a risk factor itself doesn’t cause you to miss a product, schedule, or resource target. However, it increases the chances that something may happen that will cause you to miss one.
the four stages to a project are: starting stage of the project, organizing and preparing, carrying out the work and closing the project. in each stage there are chances to rise different problems.
they may includes: lack of knowledge about the future envents and about the outputs, defining the project scope and objectives, the anticipation of events completing or not completing, and identifying the areas where, the chances are there to happen risky actions and outcomes and face them, get positive results from it.
