communication helps us to intereact with others, at the work and off the work also. to interact with others, to ask them, to teach them, to train them, to provide or to receive, we should interact with others. if we are not able to explain what we are in need, they may not provide. or if we failed to understand what they are asking, we may not provide what they are looking for.

so, while we are in a team, we should interact and co-operate with others. for that we should know to whom, and what and how should act and react. the better way is effective communication only. if we failed to convey or receive, ultimately the total team will be failed. so, to elilminate this only organizations insists on communication to the employees.
