Why do we continue to use extra oxygen after exercise
Solution
Normally, we continue to use extra oxygen after exercise because creation of oxygen debt after severe intense exercise. This oxygen dept is due to anaerobic respiration in which oxygen is essential for lactic acid oxidation and water. So that we intensely breathe oxygen
The lactate threshold occurs during transition from rest to exercise due to rise systematic blood lactate levels. Anaerobic threshold or lactate threshold is the “point where the metabolic activity is going to be occurred in the absence of oxygen i.e. more anaerobic during intense exercise” and it is related to ventilator threshold rise in ventilation is going to increase disproportionally at the same time
