It is not effective for leaders to assume assume that they are obligated to tell employees only what they specifically need to do their job.
Creativity is an important part of the business and it cannot be restricted. When the leaders tell the employees what needs to be done they are placing restrictions. It does not help them. It is necessary to engage withw the right kind of people.
Leaders provide information related to activities and decision making even when they may not be affected. This is done bh leaders to feel powerful and reflect their sense of authority. It doesn\'t help the employees.
