-The first force is based on competition among the industries dealing with the automobiles as the competition between the organisation is very huge .Every institute dealing with the automobiles have their own unique selling point through which they attract their customers through different kind of offer\'s and discounts to the customers.So every organisation tries to increase their gross margin by making their product more attractive with offers and trying to achieve their goal of being sucessful in the market.For the honda company the common competiors are Suzuki,Toyota,Ford,Nissan.
-The second one is danger of alternative its not as big of a danger .There are not many organisation or companies in the market dealing with automobile which provides good service ,self-suffiency and doesnt misuse the time .Even if there are airplanes ,buses ,cycles,metro\'s that are much more convinient than the automobiles and are comfortable for transportation still the automobiles have their place of importance between these transportaion facilities .With the financila value of the petrol,diesel constantly increasing and with the headache of maintainence still the consumers buy cars and bikes for the daily use which they find much more convinient and easy to use from the other transport facilities .
