The central purpose of this article is to defend the main arguments of racial profiling. In this article some concerns are discussed like the use of race as an information carrier for investigations which involve police. This eventually leads to the second concern which involves police abuse. Often police have abuse their police practice and misuse their power, which causes them to pick on minority groups. For instance, many African American and other minority groups are constantly being pulled over for driving while clack/brown (also known as DWB). This article is useful because it provides further information on racial profiling. The findings in this article relate directly to what is addressed in the final paper due to information that is given based on the three supporting elements discussed in the final paper.
