This question relates to contract law
Larry agreed to sell his custom-built trailer to Mitch for $25,000. Assume all elements of a contract have been complied with. Before delivery, Larry received another offer for $33,000. He told Mitch he had decided not to sell his trailer. What remedy would Mitch have in this case?
Solution
when all elements of a contract have been complied then larry cant refuse to sell because it leads to violation of cantract and when all the elements complited parties become bound by it.As a result mitch can file asuit against larry and he can get following remedies;
1.suit to provide compensation or
2.suit to sell the custom-built trailer to Mitch
So violation of cantract gives right to fight legally
