Solution

I work in the Business Development department taking care of the strategic partnerships with companies across the globe. I act as a bridge between the business team, technical team, and the partner company. So I had a personal conflict with the technical delivery manager. He was a very arrogant man and very authoritative. He treated his subordinates badly and wanted to take credit for all the good work happening in the company. When we started working together he started interfering with my work. I did not like what was happening and informed him where he was going wrong. He took me wrong and complained to the Vice President of sales and things got very serious. To resolve this issue the VP arranged a meeting for we two and discussed the pain points. He then told when it wrong for him to interfere in the business aspects of the process. He agreed and changed his behaviour towards his work and also his team members. Now also we work together and things are better after that incident. All I can say is that the communication is very important and the people at work need to know their limits and should not interfere with somebody\'s work just for credits.
