Referring to the ANSI table, for the given value of nominal diameter of 1.250\" FN2 fit.

Upper limit for hole = +0.001\"

Lower limit for hole = 0

That is Maximum hole size = 1.250 + 0.001 = 1.251\"

and Minimum hole size = 1.250 + 0 = 1.250\"

For Least Material Condition (LMC) we take the maximum hole size.
