HR has a ton of different functions. Recruitment has been one of the major responsibilities of the HR professionals team. It is the job of HR personnel to plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for recruiting suitable candidates for a required job description. They also have to serve as a mediator between the employer and the candidate and communicate company policies and terms of the contract to the candidate before he is hired. This is the first pillar of HR management that every HR manager starts with. It’s probably one of the most important aspects of any HR professional’s career.
Attracting talent starts with first planning the requirement of manpower in the organization. Gauging needs of the organization’s human resource requirements, and accordingly putting a plan of action to fulfill those needs with placement of “talented professionals”. That’s followed by creating an “employer brand” which will be representative of the organization’s good image and portray an attractive impression in the minds of potential candidates.

Attorney-
There are different different duties and responsiblities of a attorney general depending on the country\'s rules and regulations.But there exists some common duties which they perform.Lets consider the example of India.
1) Provides advice to the Government upon legal matters which are referred to him by the President.
2) To perform duties of a legal character that are assigned to him by the President.
3) To discharge the functions conferred on him by the Constitution or any other law.
1) Appears on behalf of the Government in all cases in the Supreme Court in which the Government is concerned.
2) Represent the Government in any reference made by the President to the Supreme Court under the Constitution.
3) Appear (when required by the Government) in any high court in any case in which the Government is concerned
4)He is not debarred from his private legal practice.though he is permanent counsel for government.
The Attorney General can accept briefs but cannot appear against the Government. He cannot defend an accused in the criminal proceedings and accept the directorship of a company without the permission of the Government.
The Attorney General is assisted by a Solicitor General and four additional Solicitors General. The Attorney General is to be consulted only in legal matters of real importance and only after the Ministry of Law has been consulted. All references to the Attorney General are made by the Law Ministry.
