Field notes are the set of the qualitative notes which are recorded by Scientists or researchers which contain the result of the experiment. The field notes are disadvantageous in the case, since it is taken by an individual hence it can posses memory or human errors in writing. The best practice is to keep the notes at the same time of doing the experiment

There are two types of field notes i.e. Descriptive Field notes and Reflective field notes

Descriptive Information - It contains the data that includes time, data, setting of the experiment, physical and social environment conditions and other stuff

Reflective Information - It is basically data collected from the human being who are observing the particular experiment, their nature and their mood.
