Take a time period in your personal or professional life and model it based on any of these functions, or a combination thereof. Discuss the critical points of change and what led to them. Try to go through a time period long enough where several of these changes took place.

Lets take some time frame from our personal life lets take the sunday :

In the morning form 7 am to 11 am we feel reall good as its a holiday no work no school so the mood is good
and our energ level is increasing
then after 11 am the feeling to no work has almost sunked in and after lunch we usually sleep till the evening probable half past five
so during this time the energy level remains constant .

Then in the evening we usually go out with friends or family and again our energy level is up.

Finally as we close on to the mid night the very thought of Monday starts looming in and our mood goes down and hence our energy goes down as well

So to sum it all up
First the energy is increasing then it becomes constant and it again increases and finally the energy starts decreasing.
