Out of the customers you currently have engagements with, some are in the US, some in Eastern Europe and one in the Caribbean. How do you organize your weekly schedule, to ensure that you have a weekly call with each of the customer’s key contacts to ensure each engagement is on track?
Solution
I, necessarily, take the following steps to esure the same:
1. Schedule governance meeting as per their available schedule (working hours and availability)
2. Catch up with my team members and counterparts prior to and after each call to ensure all are on the same platform. If required loop them in the same meeting.
3. Throughout the week, ensure that the weekly target is met. If there is any gap, let the customer know the reason for the same and the plan to complete it within the stipulated timeline.
