Solution

Due to construction of super highway there will be more accesibility to the people to travel long distances. It provides employment and tax revenues to the government. It reduce travel time, traffic control and parking costs. It creates a smooth flow for the people without heavy traffic jams.

Due to construction of highway more amount of bitumen is burnt which leads to pollution. There will be uasge of land and if any trees are there all those trees will be cutt down.

Pollution will be high while construction

Question Economic impacts Environment impacts Social impacts
4.A

Due to construction of super highway there will be more accesibility to the people to travel long distances. It provides employment and tax revenues to the government. It reduce travel time, traffic control and parking costs. It creates a smooth flow for the people without heavy traffic jams.

Due to construction of highway more amount of bitumen is burnt which leads to pollution. There will be uasge of land and if any trees are there all those trees will be cutt down.

Pollution will be high while construction

During the construction people will get affected as there will less scope for them to move due to traffic diversion. DUe to these highways some roads will get blocked thus leading to no travel more time in other routes.
4.B Due to dam construction it will cost more amount than required and there will be cost over runs but the income it generated due to construction is more in the form of irrigation , electricty, water storage There will be large flooding in some areas due to river diversion. THere will be more pollution in dam construction site and along with deforestation in some areas Due to flooding so many small villages will be submerged along with lands.
