I assume its going to be a parabola which lies entirely in the upper half plane but I\'m just using the fact of the leading coffiecient and the x^2 to lead to my conclusion. I\'m not sure how to solve for this mathematically

y=4(x^2-5x)+16

y=4(x^2-2*5/2*x+(5/2)^2-(5/2)^2)+16

y=4(x-5/2)^2-9

y+9=4(x-5/2)^2
