In any team, which is responsible for the development of a large-scale software system such as a passport management portal, there must be effective communication occurring in the teams that have to develop the system, waterfall, agile, or any other methodology.

Solution

Agile experience must be there to develop a large-scale software. Waterfall model also plays important role while developing the large scale project. Client will mainly go to agile methodology from mainly waterfall and their own.Experience working within a large environment.The clients\' projects are mainly complex over multiple channels. Therefore the experience is an essential tool.

Expertise must gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements should meet standards which the client wants.One should Interact with users, and vendors for full life cycle of project.

Troubleshooting should be done,one should coordinate, and maintain production systems,programs or the applications, as needed to client. Proper reports should be generated acccording the progress of the project. Development of the use cases and functional specifications should also be done and coordination to the capture of process models and functional testing should be also mentained,

One should coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and/or externally with an outside vendor so that the communication shoul become easy to the user.

Transition product support to systems operations must be done. One should assist in establishing end user training so that one can use the software easily and efficiently..

All these acts are been done to make the communication easy and minimize the communication gap between the developer and the user or client using the software.if communication gap is there one cannot make the best use of the resources to make the software.
