(x, y) = (2, 1.2) and ( 5 , 9.6)

Let exponetial function be : y = a(b)^x

1.2 = a(b)^2 ----(1)

9.6 = a(b)^5) ----(2)

divide both we get : 9.6/1.2 = b^5/b^2

8 = b^3 ; b = 2

y = a(2)^x

1.2 = a(2)^2

1.2/4 = a ; a = 0.3

y = 0.3(2)^x ( solution)
