When self centered person present them selves he is talking about them selves and thinking and sharing their views.Infect they will put barely his view on others while at micro leve sociology taled about other human and group.

When self center person want to go ahead he will talk about his benifits while in micro levels group they will talk about growth or for good for all who are available and want have similer views in mind.

If self center person present them selves to others in group he wants to talk for group and than the goal of that person has to share with total group and make that goal comman and than for total group will work for that comman goal.

View only of self center person is not only important but goal should be comman and with benifit of all can work.
