A Yes same can be said about productivity. Productivity improvement can\'t be achieved within short period. It takes time. Small innovations led to more knowledge and as these are incorporated productivity rises. But there is no magic that can make it possible within a short period of time. Sometimes it takes decades to improve little. But effort should not be stopped at all if we want to increase productivity
2 No I don\'t not agree. Quality is also needed. Sometimes innovations take long time E. G there has hardly been an improvement in engines of ships in recent decades so far as speed is concerned but still quality has been improved which reduce costs and improve productivity and engine life
