If B rightarrow is added to A rightarrow, the result is 8.8^i + 5.0^j. If B rightarrow is subtracted from A rightarrow, the result is -2.4^i + 6.0^j. What is the magnitude of A rightarrow?

Here,

A + B = 8.8 i + 5 j ----(1)

A - B = -2.4 i + 6 j -----(2)

Now , adding 1 and 2

2 A = 8.8 i + 5 j -2.4 i + 6 j

A = 3.2 i + 5.5 j
