Big companies are restructuring themselves to become more efficient. As a result, firms like Honda are suffering from competition from both big and small players.

Metals are the main raw materials used in vehicle and motorcycle manufacturing and the rising price of the raw metals raises overall production costs for Honda.

One of the aspects plaguing all automobile manufacturers is the transportation as well as manufacturing and labour costs. With inflation, these costs are always on the rise and hence are a point of concern.

This is not only threat to Honda but all other company which so ever in automobile business. If people start using public transport more than the sell the cars and two wheelers will reduce and that will harm the profit of the company.
