Solution
Solution:
slope of eaution of line that is perpendicular to y= 2x -12
slope of required line = -1/2
( mulitiplication of slope of the two perpendicular line = -1 )
Now using point slope form of equation equation of line passing through (6,3) and having slope = -1/2
(y-3) /(x-6) = -1/2
2y-6 =-x+6
y = (-1/2) x + 6
Answer: (-1/2) x +6
