Solution
Strep throats are bacterial infection that causes pain and inflammation in the throat. Causative organism is streptococcus bacteria. It is contagious, spreads through sneezing and coughing.
The most common cause of sore throat is virus. Strep throats can be a cause of sore throats, but not all sore throats are strep throats. They can be caused due to smoking , pollution, irritants in air, allergies , dry air etc
