My post

Plumbing Supply Company mainly supplies the products which are used for the plumbing purpose like hammers, nails and some screw drivers etc. As I was the CEO of the company I always strives that my employees want to do the best for the organization but I was expecting something from the others it was mandatory to offer the benefits for the workers. If I offered the benefits which they want then they will always do the best for organization. But I don’t what benefits employees were expecting from me then better choice to give some benefits which will be used for their future like health insurances for entire families, bonus in the high amounts and some coupons for their family trips. These are the best benefits most of the employees will expect from the organization. Another way that I will directly ask them which kind of benefits makes them happy and do right in their work in this way I can surely make them happy. By gathering this kind of information company doesn’t have any kind of affect because it will be beneficial for the organization because employee will do the work with more focus. In every organization it is any common criteria of offering the benefits.

Following are the other organizational issues thatt could cause employees to be unhappy and leave an organization--------------

1. Employees are unhappy and and leave an organization because there is lack of recognition of employee job performance. management did not recognise their employee performance. recognition is very important if uou want to make your employees happy .

2. corprate culture is also one of the most important factors , if corporate culture is not favourable for the employees then they leave the organisation like is the organization is appreciating employee performance, and providing various types of compensation, benefits and perks. all these effect the employees decision of leaving the company.

3. Autonomy and indipendence on the job , if the organization doesnot provide their employees these two benefits than there are chances of leaving the organization increases.

4. if the employee did not get opportunity to use their skill and abilities then they become very much demotivated and become unhappy with their organization .

5. Relationship with the coworkers is also one of the main issues that organization is facing that cause their employee to be happy and unsatisfied with work environment.

6. Relationship with their their boss or manager is one of the main reason that make employee happy or unhappy with their job. employees dont need to be freind with their boss but he want positive relationship.
