Evaluate and give at least five (5) reasons/justifications why Law and the Courts exist.

Justice to everyone- The court and laws provide justice for everyone. The court does not ask any person which religi0on you belong to or which race color, gender etc. It gives justice to everyone.

Maintain rule of law- There are rules and regulation made for every citizen. Court insures that everything is running as per the rules and regulation. It punishes who violate rules and regulations.

Equal Protection- In absence of court or law any one can kill you without any fear. You are protected because of rules and court. If anyone threatens you, you can move to the court for protection.

Punishing Guilty- It punishes guilty as per their crime and eliminates those from

Society. This reduces the risk of another crime by them.

Maintaining Peace and Harmony- Ultimately by court and law peace and harmony is maintai8ned. There is fear in everyone’s mind that if I am performing any wrong doing then I will be punished. So peace and harmony is maintained.
