It is given that the steam is at 7 bar pressue, by using steam table at 7 bar, saturation temperature=164.7, since 250 is greater than saturation temperature, the given condition is of superheated steam,

Pressure=7 bar

Temperature=250

Mass flow rate=93.9 kg/s

At 7 bar, hg= 2953.6 KJ/kg

For enthalpy, enthalpy= hg ×mass flow rate

=2953.6 KJ/kg × 93.9kg/s=277343 KJ/s

=277.34MW
