Our main topic for this week is corporate culture. Every organization adheres to certain cultural values. Sometimes they are obvious, sometimes not. Frankly, some values are good and some are not. Can you identify and comment on organizational values you have seen. How do you know the organization really believes in these values? Have any values changed? Can you be sure the entire organization has moved in the new direction?

The organization of the culture mostly comes from the founders of the organization. The organizational values I have seen are

The mentioned organization believes in these values as they have fired few employees including members Top Management for violating or failure to prevent these violations

Few values of the organization has changed such as necessity of discipline. New Leadership believes enforcing discipline curtails the thought process and slows down innovation. The management belives that self-regulation by each employee is sufficient to achieve the objective which the discipline, rules and regulations was trying to achieve i.e Not compromising the trust of customers.
