Volunteering, attending sporting events and obtaining internships will help you network with industry professionals, build job-related skills, and guide you toward potential job opportunities. What specific ideas do you have for how you will do these things throughout this course? Provide at least three concrete examples.

Solution

A good course not only prepares a person to become a better professional, but also make a better person or citizen. It means that a course brings all round development in an individuals, necessary for the proper growth of society. I take it as one of the main objective of the course and try to take the opportunities to work at different levels and hone my skills as a leader, or follower or manager in different circumstances. In this regards, I have following ideas:
1.   The first idea is to pursue application based activities either in a group (initially) or in a small team the serve the community or the ailing organization with the thought process of myself and my team. It will ready me to face the challenges, find the problem solving approach as my key strength and interact with different people of the same field to find the unknown. It will start the development of the ability to solve the problems, building healthy relations with the individuals and create a reputation with the entities w.r.t. my hard work, positive thinking and solution oriented approach.
2.   The second idea is to participate in seminars and conferences and participate there as audience or the research scholar with a good preparation. These events attract industry people, researchers and other experts. Here, I will build interaction, by sharing views, offering my inputs and praising the work of other experts. Slowly and progressively, I will build relations and I will ask for help such as mentoring and sharing of views upon the key areas of concern either related to my course or other economic issues. The idea is to instill a positive image, solution oriented attitude and conscious positioning among the mind-set of these expert of different domain.
3.   The third idea is to work upon the internship that are mostly correlated to my course and in the organization of good repute. It will bring opportunity to work with the individuals with different authority and I can help them in solving problems and sharing responsibilities. It will create my repo as an individuals who is always ready to take up challenges, always ready to work in difficult scenario and work hard to solve the problems. It slowly starts to put myself as the ideal candidate to the job opportunities being created in that organization. So, besides building the positive relations with the colleagues, I can also get a pre placement offer with good package.
