could the U.S Congress enact a federal law outlawing the smoking of cigarettes within a 100 years radius of a school? Why or why not? Cite a court decision to support your answer.

I think US Congress can very well enact a law for banning smoking with a certain area, as this is for better ment of the society, childrens are future of nation and by banning smoking around school US Congress is making sure that future of the country is safe and does not develop bad habits. Moreover, US Congress has power in their hands to do it.
