real property or real estate is refereed to a property such as a piece of land , road , pond , buildings etc.

lien - it is defined as the claim of the real owner on something used by someone else for example a man purchase a car on loan from bank so the bank hs lien on the car, in case the person not able to pay the debt then the bank can take back his car ans sell it.

Title- By the Property Law a Title is defined as a legal right of ownership of a property. for example a the certificate or document to title a land.

Joint Tenancy- it is defined as the ownership of a property by two or more than two parties. In some states after marriage the partner becomes the joint tentant by the law.

Tenancy in common- it is defined as when more than one party has the tenancy. such as we both own a property than you are my tenant in common.
