Ans 1 : The concept means the decentralisation of power, where every individual is responsible for the growth of the functional unit. This approach will eliminate the formation of power groups and end the politics between them that hampers the productivity. Through a decentralised structure, the employees will be able to see the big picture.

Ans 2: The most suitable structure for this type of organisation is functional structure where each individual has a defined position according to his or her work. The decentralisation of power in different functional units will remove the inter departmental conflicts, and help the people to focus on the excellence in their functions instead of messing with the others\' issues. The choice of the structure is based on the current organisational situation.

Ans 3: The leadership style of Mr. Nicollosi is participative and collaborative in which he believes in empowering the employees to instill a sense of ownership in them.

Ans 4 : Present culture of the organisation promotes individualism where everyone is driven by his / her vested interests that exist either on group level or on individual level. No one is willing to see the bigger picture i e. the organisation\'s interests, causing the market share to dwindle. The shift needed is to make everyone count, and let him /her feel that he /she and the efforts matter for the growth of the company. The sense of ownership and removal of bureaucratic as well as other man made hurdles will help the culture of collaboration and ownership to develop and flourish.
