Accounts / Finance : I have selected Accounting / Finance area specialized people as they help in managing the funds. In the beginning itself, managing the funds is a crucial activity. Finance / Accounts expert people manage the funds, money required for the cost of production involved and the revenue collected from various sources. They have a knowledge of various cost components and how can the cost be minimized. They also have an expertise in collecting the revenue and the way by which revenue can be raised by making changes in the selling price. The profit earned by the firmis also managed by the accounts people.

Operations : Operations team will be involved in managing the project right from the beginning till the end.procurement of raw materials, allocation of labor hours, billing and payment for the supplier and customer and successful execution of the project is taken care by the Operations team. They have good time management and coordination skills,so take care of all the timelines met.

Marketing / Sales : At the completion of the project, it is essential to sell the product to target cutomers so as to earn the revenue. The task of making the customers aware about the product, convincing them to purchase the product,settling the payment terms and finall providing the after sales service is the task of Marketing/ Sales team. They have good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills in order to close the deal and convince the customer to purchase the product.
