A business can implement eco efficiency by revising their processes and implementing changes that are friendly with the environment, although the implementation of new processes represent an important investment to the organization, the money they will save on the next years and the better control of resources are worth it.

For example, instead of using electricity a company can start using solar panels on some of their process, or changing the type of bulbs to the ones that are more efficient, this can also be done in a house.

Instead of printing emails on the offices you can store them on your computer to avoid using paper which comes from trees.

Changing the raw materials to some that are easier to recycle is one of the most important tasks a company has, for example at Starbucks since the last couple of years they are working to stop using their traditional cups because the main material is paper which comes from trees, Starbucks encourage customers to bring their own mugs and they will receive a discount because they care about living a better place not only profits.

Coca Cola is well known to plant thousands of trees every year on the communities that are related to their operations.
