This article has been chosen by me in order to assess the impact of human capital on the economic growth and thus explains how the human capital brings value addition to the economy.

It is a mix of opinion with fact, as it focuses on quantitative as well as qualitative analysis. It brings out the relationship between the average years of schooling and the development of that economy. The relationship has been brought between the average years of schooling and the GDP growth rate of that economy.

The paper analyses the fact to find out the relationship between human capital and the economic growth in the form of GDP per capita.
