Solution
a. according to the eating plans above eating plan b supplies enough calcium, iron , magnesium and zinc as the intakes of plan b are spinacjh, salmon, eggs, peas, coffee cantoloupe, milk which are rich in the iron and magnesium contents when compared to bread , potatoes, pan cakes in plan c.
b. in plan b we have to give up cheddar cheese , feta cheese, seltzer water, grape juice etc. and in plan c we have to give up bread, cheese pastrami, mashed potatoes etc to provide adequate amount of each of these nutrients.
