period = 2*pi/(4) = 1.571 s

for returning to same position in 1 time period

So, answer is t = 1.571 s

d)

time required, t = T/4 = 1.571/4 = 0.392 s

e)

at t = 3*pi/16,

v = 1*4*cos(4*3*pi/16 + 0.7853)

= -4 m/s

f)

for v = 0

4*t + 0.7853 = pi/2
