Compare and contrast cultural leadership and operational leadership. How are they different? How are they the same? Why do we need both?

In the cultural leadership nobody has monopoly over leadership. It is the cat of leading cultural sector as such.It comes from different heritatge ,life standarsd, societial norms over years of practiseOne of the objective of cultural leadership is to .bringing dynamism to the economy and for the wider society. At the same time operational leadership are more of pragmatical in nature and the leadership is based on business objectives which is backedup with organisational goals and mission.In cultural leadership the leaders have to think from economical and societial point of view. They have to pay attention to the sustianability practices much more ( like how to work with less carbon intensive). At the same time opperational leadership works on colloborative environment and for a common set of objectives which is more favorable within the industry or organisation. Cultural leadership has more social networks than operational leadership where network is more of business types.Balancing financial stability and social norms feasibility is one of the biggest challenge in cultural leadership. But in operational leadership such challenges are comparitively less as they focus their ideas based on profit maximisation. So both leaderhsip are different in the style of operation, motivational methods, objectives etc.
