Mentoring is to advise or train someone, by doing so; this will create a significant impact on the individual current or future job. Mentoring can enhance your skills, and contribute toward success. Company can benefit from mentoring when they are seeking to develop its leaders or talent pool as part of succession planning (Mentors, M. n.d). Coaching is a form of development, it helps to inspires and motivates others to achieve successful goals, both personal and professional. According to research \"mentoring gives you the extraordinary opportunity to facilitate a protege\'s personal and professional growth by sharing knowledge you learned through years of experience\" (Hollister, L. R. 2001).

Sometime it can be informal way like a student needs help from its teacher for certain course or subject to develop himself. Mentoring can take long time for both mentor and mentee. We have seen as mentor is someone who is more experienced and skillfull can take role of mentor.Mentoring will help company enhance skills of Their leaders and workers other than training program. Mentoring can increase the confidence of an employee and that will eventually increase the productivity of employee which will lead to more benefits for company and employer. Mentoring will reduce the turnover ratio of employee and will enhance the work environment. Mentoring will also increase the loyalty of employee for their company.
