People resist change because of the following reasons :-

-Most people like having a similar routines ,they dont want any change in their daily habits or routines so they cant accept any changes in their routines cause sometimes they fear the changes that they may not like those changes so most of the time they resist the changes .

-The people have trust issues cause they dont bilieve that the person that they will be trusting will make them comfortable to the changes so there is resistance in that area too.

-The people got their own perception that any changes brought will definitely bring new problems in their life so to avoid those problems the people also try to resist the changes that cpomes their way.

- When the people can\'t see any any advantage or profit from the changes then they don\'t wanna get through all the trouble of getting through the changes.

The resistance can be overcome by the following points below :-

-By building up the trust - when the trust of the people comes for a person they completely believe that the person is going to make changes that is going to be in their favor so they dont resist the changes made by the person they trust.

-By finding ways to communicate with people- When communication between the people is strong then the people can understand what type of changes people are talking about then they could decide about the changes wether the changes are easy to adapt or are they going to create problems in the future

-By bringing the changes that is benificial and profitable for the people- When the people see that the changes can be beneficial and profitable for them then they are more than happy to welcome the changes cause these changes are not going to be problematic for them.
