Identify your five guiding values and explain why those values are a priority for you.

Note: We often better understand the importance of our own values when we can clearly articulate why these are important to us.

Explain your use of these five values in your day-to-day decision making. Do these values guide your decisions or do you have a challenge in applying them? If you are experiencing a conflict with someone at work or in your personal life, what role might differing values have in that conflict? Do these values provide insight into your career? Guiding Values:

The most important core values you live by. These are the values that differentiate you from the world and others. They are many moral values, i have listed a few of them :

I believe in the saying : \"Practice what you preach \". Therefore rather than giving all the definitions for the values .I would like to describe 5 guiding values that I follow.

1 . Patience: Like they say \"Patience is a virtue \". Its the ability to wait for something. I have been looking for a job from 2 years. Finally, I got a job, not the dream job I wanted, but this is a better version that I was looking for. I have good qualifications and more of all the patience to commit myself ..Patience is a really a hard thing to put into practice.Desperation can turn into somthing you never wish for that when you need to be patient and have self-control. I was so desperate when I was in job hunts.But I knew I had to keep myself togather and wait for the right opportunity.

2. Forgiveness : It actually gives you a peace of mind, to just forget the bad things they do to you and forgive them. Think those people as they are mentally ill. Just forgive them. The mantra I believe is that if you wont punish them or hurt them back for their misbehaviour, you can let the God handle the idiocy for you.He decides the better punishment so just forgive people. Even at work place, they are people who try to steal your hardwork, consider them to poverty of hardwork. They are poor and dont have hardwork option on their own. So they steal your hardwork.

3 . Power : I always liked to be in power and authouty to punish the bad.An authority to give just to the deprived people.Its the power that you have to command others and set them in the right path. Power to change the ways things are done. Its only the power that gives you rule the bad and protect the good.Elected Leaders and politicians have the power to set new rules and pass new bills. They have the right to make people perform better and enhance the quality of living.

4 . Respect : Respect people for what they are not for they will be in future. Respect them and take the for what the are. Even though you dont like a person personally but respect them fro their age. Their age must have given them experience which you can learn something.I personally don\'t like my aunt, but I respect her age. She has a great deal of information and education qualification at the same time irritating nature.

5 .Help : You cannot change a mind thats already fixed on something, but you can always try to make them better from they are right now. Help them too become something better. Help them to make the best use of their talents.charity is the best thing that you can do to this society.Caring people and animals is the service and a way of saying thanks to God.I always believe \"What you Give is What you Get \". You give kindness, you get kindness. You help somebody when there are in need, someone will help you when you are in need.
